Amazon QuickSight has reached the limit of rows that it can skip

Hello, I have uploaded my dataset (3.5 GB Tsv file) from S3 bucket to Quicksight by creating manifest file, and when the dataset was uploaded, Quicksight is now showing rows from my columns and saying this "The data source or dataset was deleted or became unavailable while Amaznon Quicksight was ingesting the data into SPICE." Then I got en email with details which says this : "There are too many invalid rows. Amazon QuickSight has reached the limit of rows that it can skip and still continue ingesting. Check your data and try again." What should I do ?
