Hi,
I've added a few details to your questions/concerns that may be of help. Let us know if you have additional questions.
There is no DNS zone for [mydomain] in your Lightsail account.
This is not an error, but rather a note that we could not find a matching DNS zone resource associated with your domain. For example, if your domain is example.com, then this message appears if there is no corresponding DNS zone named example.com. This is not an issue if you are managing your DNS using a third party service.
If you intend to use Lightsail to manage your DNS, please see more details in this doc: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/en_us/lightsail/latest/userguide/lightsail-how-to-create-dns-entry.html
If you are using third party DNS management, then you need to make sure you update your domain's name servers: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/en_us/lightsail/latest/userguide/amazon-lightsail-domain-register-other-dns-service-procedure.html
I tried setting up the A record of @.domain to the static IP address, but I cannot see the website. I think it is just a domain issue, because I can launch the website by the static IP. I deleted the instance, and re-assigned everything, but same thing.
The most common issues where a DNS record does not take effect eventually is usually because the name servers of your domain do not match the DNS zone or third party DNS management. See the above doc for details.
A good way to check if the records are correctly set up is to look for those domain assignments in the instance's domains management tab. If you have set up your A record, it should appear in the custom domains table. See this doc for guidance: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/en_us/lightsail/latest/userguide/amazon-lightsail-routing-to-instance.html
I tried deleting the DNS zone and recreated it. Now I am seeing: A matching Lightsail DNS zone exists in your account. Update the domain name servers to match the DNS zone's name servers.
This message appears when we detect that you have a domain and DNS zone on your account with a matching domain name (e.g. example.com). You need to link the two by updating the domain's name servers to match the ones listed in your DNS zone. You can do this by going to the Domain's details management tab.
The first step is failing with the following error:
Nov 25 20:29:40 ip-172-26-12-255 systemd[1]: Starting apache2.service - The Apache HTTP S> Nov 25 20:29:40 ip-172-26-12-255 apachectl[1406]: (98)Address already in use: AH00072: ma> Nov 25 20:29:40 ip-172-26-12-255 apachectl[1406]: (98)Address already in use: AH00072: ma> Nov 25 20:29:40 ip-172-26-12-255 apachectl[1406]: no listening sockets available, shuttin> Nov 25 20:29:40 ip-172-26-12-255 apachectl[1406]: AH00015: Unable to open logs Nov 25 20:29:40 ip-172-26-12-255 apachectl[1403]: Action 'start' failed. I see this error in Domains tab:
There is no DNS zone for [mydomain] in your Lightsail account.
I assigned the DNS domain to *.[domain] and to [domain], but I am still getting this error

Can you set something like test.mydomain.com as a test just to see if it will work? Once you get this simple test to work, you can go on from there.
Also, in Lightsail when creating a record at the apex of the domain, you need to use the @ symbol https://docs.aws.amazon.com/en_us/lightsail/latest/userguide/understanding-dns-in-amazon-lightsail.html#lightsail-dns-records-supported-in-lightsail
For example, in the Lightsail DNS zone, you want to direct web traffic for
example.com(the apex of the domain) to your instance. You would create an A record, enter an@symbol into the Subdomain text box, and enter the IP address of your web server into the Resolves to address text box.
For your use of the asterisk charcter I would also advise checking the section Using an asterisk (*) in the names of DNS zones and records of https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/amazon-lightsail-domain-name-format.html
I tried setting up the A record of @.domain to the static IP address, but I cannot see the website. I think it is just a domain issue, because I can launch the website by the static IP. I deleted the instance, and re-assigned everything, but same thing.
Is there a specific support to my case instead of common steps?
I know it is my fault, but it is unintentional and I do not know what I am doing wrong.

I tried deleting the DNS zone and recreated it. Now I am seeing:
A matching Lightsail DNS zone exists in your account. Update the domain name servers to match the DNS zone's name servers.
There is no other visible zone in the dashboard

Thank you
Yes the support helped me fix it. The main fix was thru the name servers. I used the default but they were incorrect
