How to navigate to the SNS Settings Page (see image)

Hello,
I am trying to set up the SNS system according to instructions provided by a third party (see attached image), but I cannot find any screen on AWS like the one they show. Hello.

When you access the Amazon SES console, click "Identities" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

When the screen moves, click on the registered email address.

When the screen moves, click on the "Notifications" tab to open a screen where you can configure settings for the image you shared.
