Today I did the associate test and when I was almost done with the test (few questions left), my computer shut down because of battery life. The Pearson vue application blocked my low battery life notification. And after contacting them they told me to wait to get a response back.
Can you please help me to get a new test?
I was studying really hard for the test and was sure I was going to pass. My computer battery died because I waited an hour and 15 min for the test to even begin in the first place…
