AWS Elemental Live - Secure remote kickstart

Managing a fleet of Elemental Live encoders that feed MediaLive. What's the best way to manage performing kickstarts on the on-prem devices if you aren't on site to use a thumb drive on the unit itself? PXEBoot? Some other solution? Any thoughts are welcome!
