Chime Restricting Users remove restrictions

Hello AWS,

I have an PBX and I want to resisted a toll free Phone number with Chime. When I go to Phone number management in AWS Chime and than I go to the Orders tab and I click on the button called 'Provision phone numbers' I than chose 'Voice Connector' and In type I chose toll free and I press the search bar I get an error message that is writing : «Your service has been restricted. If you feel like you have received this message in error, please submit a support request in the upper right with the category “Voice Calling”.».

I understand I use the free tier plan and I still plan to use it and I am very careful with AWS fees and pricing. I am also very familiar with Azure and Azure doesn't resisted anything.

I was wondering how can I remove the restriction of my account?

I'm sorry this impacted you. This generally happens on accounts with limited billing history (new accounts). Submitting the support request from the console is the way to have the restriction removed.

This limitation is just a part of the fraud protection on PSTN calling. (It protects both you and AWS.) After you submit the request, unless there are other concerns with your account, it may take about 3 business days to complete.
