Glacier Egress Charges (S3)

In response to an RFP, I am trying to give accurate information about Glacier transfer (egress) charges. This statement from the Glacier pricing page leaves me unclear about destinations other than EC2, such as S3: "Data transfer out from Glacier to EC2 in the same region is FREE." My question: what about transfer in the same region to S3?

There is no network egress charge for reading from Glacier into EC2 (or S3 via S3-Restore). Keep in mind there is still a volume-based charge associated with reading from Glacier storage, for example $0.03/GB plus $0.01/request for Expedited Retrievals.
