Account login when MFA and alternatives are unavailable

I cant login to my account as root user as I dont have the MFA profile on my authenticator app on my phone any more. When I try and use alternative method email verification works, then the call me now option fails. the root account is simonhalder@hotmail.com

Hi Simon,

I am assuming you still know your root account password and just have lost access to MFA. You will need to remove the MFA. You are following the right process. In case the call me option fails for some reason, try to reach out the support via this form which is document on this page.
