execute kubectl commands using a Cloud-formation

Hello team, I would like to execute kubectl commands using a Cloud-formation. Any idea how do I achieve? for Instance kubectl apply -f https://github.com/cert-manager/cert-manager/releases/download/v1.11.0/cert-manager.yaml I was looking Cloud formation resource typeAWSQS::Kubernetes::Resource Note : Im not looking for helm example, Any references would help, TIA
