Source ip block blocking

I currently have some services in the ip block 131.255.224.146/29, and apart from these origins I cannot access the asw of us-east, only the others, could someone guide me on how to get in touch to request the release of this origin block?

    Hi, could you please clarify some things so people wil be able to help.

    So you have some services running in 131.255.224.146/29 - where are these services? Where do you have this '/29' block configured?

    By "asw of us-east" do you mean the AWS us-east-1 Region?

    By "only the others" do you mean you can access other AWS Regions but have trouble with us-east-1?

    What do you mean "release of this origin block", what do you want to happen? And is it 131.255.224.146/29 you're talking about?
