Unable to view my instance name

Hi, I've tried in the various paths on the instance page like going through tags list, and checking in the Actions/instance settings but nothing seems to be working I request you to please guide me on how to enable and view my instance name on the instance page itself.

In EC2 section of the AWS console click on the gear wheel icon just under the orange "Launch Instances" button:

In the preferences panel that comes up, make sure that Name is specified in the Tags section.
