"Session expired" errors from Amazon Connect

0

I get a "Session expired" error message when I try to click on the Access URL from Amazon Connect and I can only be able to access it through an emergency login. Why am I receiving this error, and how do I resolve the issue?

Hope this helps

Amazon Connect does not support reverse federation. That is, you can't login directly into Amazon Connect. If you tried, you'd get a Session Expired message. The authentication should be done from the Identity Provider (IdP) and not the Service Provider (SP) (Amazon Connect).

If you’re Connect instance is SSO enabled you will need to use your SSO URL to authenticate and not the direct URL you are clicking on.
