Transfer time from S3-Infrequent Access to S3-Standard?

What is the average transfer time from S3-Infrequent Access to S3-Standard? How long until the data (in this case 125TB of Data) is fully transferred and usable in Standard?

Infrequent Access is fully usable, there is no need to transfer it to Standard class. Unless... you want to access it multiple times such that Standard would be more cost-effectve - in that case, you can PUT-copy the object over itself, setting the class to Standard.
