Integration of MongoDB with Knowledge Base for Bedrock

0

Hi, I wanted to use my MongoDB cluster as vector store for my aws knowledge base for bedrock to query my documents. But I keep getting FAILED status of Knowledge Base while trying to sync data source.

My question is, am I facing this issue because I am using M0 cluster of MongoDB atlas (free cluster). And how do I rectify this issue ?

Thanks and Regards, Nithin

The M0 free tier cluster in MongoDB Atlas may have certain limitations that could be causing the "FAILED" status when trying to sync it with your Amazon Bedrock knowledge base. The free tier clusters have restrictions on features, performance, and scale, which could impact the integration with Amazon Bedrock.

To resolve this issue, you may need to consider upgrading your MongoDB Atlas cluster to a paid tier, such as M10 or higher. The paid tiers offer more features, better performance, and higher availability, which could help with the successful integration with Amazon Bedrock.
