Hi, I did but they are asking me to create a snapshot. It is not possible for me create because when I click manage, it gives me an error. I am not able to do anything since the state is "unknown"

I am facing the same problem here. I Can not reach the DB can not Delete it or reboot. I raised a support case by No: 10603232891 still pending. Can you please Unblock the DB Instance. Thanks
