Not all WordPress assets are loading from AWS Lightsail

Are the WordPress address and site address settings for WordPress correct?
Such errors often occur when the site address or WordPress address is incorrectly configured and you are trying to load content from the wrong location.
Have you checked the web server error log or access log?
