Accidentally Chose Large Specs for RDS, Resulting in High Costs

I accidentally chose larger specifications for the Relational Database Service, which resulted in huge bills. I only noticed after 1.5 months, and my traffic is quite small.

Could I receive a discount for my mistake? This issue significantly affects the company's finances.
