Ec2 Instance stuck in stopping - Can't change volume

Hi, my Ec2 instance stopped working. When I tried to stopped it, it got stuck in "stopping". I can see there is a error with a volume, but I can't change it (I get error when I try to create an snapshot "An internal error has occurred").

Please, help!

If it is in us-east-1 (N.Virginia) region then this can be attributed to the LSE, so please wait for it to get resolved. Also check the AWS Service Health Dashboard for updates, also you can check the AWS Personal Health Dashboard in your AWS account.
