Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Hi all, i was sending mail from amazon workmail and this error came on

{You have exceeded the sending limit for this account.

2023-07-06 19:01:05 : An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients: @email

Technical report:

Final-Recipient: rfc822; @email Status: 5.0.0}

i have only sent 50 email then this error occur. Need help please, Thanks in advance

Hi, you should start by checking your sending quota in AWS SES on which AWS Workmail relies.

    Hello Dider, Thanks for your reply. I did check it, it was 1000 email per User per Organization. I have only send like 50 mails and then it started showing this error. can you please help regarding this.
