EC2 Instance not connected to internet?

Hi I have a free tier EC2 Instance with Kali linux running on it, but for some reason I can't ping any website, I can't do apt update or apt upgrade and I can't install any python packages showing me an error in resolving name resolution. Can someone help? Thanks in advance.

Hi - Not very sure on your infra set up whether using Internet Gateway or NAT but these resource would help to troubleshoot more.
