Do public static IPs on VGW (two tunnels) remain the same for life of VGW?

A customer need to use static public IPs of VGW in VPN connection for routing purposes. Can we guarantee that VGW IPs will stay the same?

VGW IP's should stay the same throughout the life of the VPN connection. As long as they have the particular VGW attached, they will have the same IP's When they download the config, we generate these IP for them and the connection is established to these IP's form the Customer gateway IP and we will never change these.
