SES email messaging

0

I'm relatively new to SES and took over for the person who set up the system a few years back. We have a server that has a SES user and sends emails to both internal and external people. About a month or 2 ago all these emails for Internal people started ending up in Google Quarantine. I resolved that for internal users via bypass, but we have some external users and need to send them the emails. I recall that we had to create a user within SES - Identity Management by going into SES, clicking on Identity Management - Email Addresses. But Identity Management no longer exists within SES it seems. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello.

Do you mean you want to create a new SMTP user?
If so, you can create an SMTP user by following the steps in the document below.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/smtp-credentials.html

If you want to verify your email address with Amazon SES, you can do so by following the steps in the document below.

We have created an SMTP User, and emails are going out, about a couple months ago they stopped. We don't send out that many so it wasn't noticed for awhile. Once I saw the, I found that all the emails being send were pushed into quarantine marked as failing DMARC. I set up an internal rule so these emails would get through, but I have no control over emails being sent to our outside partners. Previously I recall that in order for this to work we would follow these simple steps: Login to AWS Select the Simple Email Service Select Identity Management > Email Addresses Use the Verify A New Email Address button and enter their email address. But there is no Identity Management - Email Addresses anymore so not sure how I can do something like this now.
