Getting error on creating cloud front distribution

Question

While creating distribution i first add my s3 bucket in Orign domain and in Orign access i put Legacy access identities and i choose the option in update the bucket policy and then i choose viewer as Redirect HTTP to HTTPS
and in Restrict viewer access is no .  And in (WAF) as  Do not enable security protections

After all this i click on Create distribution. And they are telling me  " Your account must be verified before you can add new CloudFront resources. To verify your account, please contact AWS Support (https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/) and include this error message."

And i also send them a week later to Aws Support of my error message.

Can you help me to understand my problem in distribution

If you receive this message, you may be able to resolve the issue by opening a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".

AWS may impose restrictions on functions, upper limits, etc. based on account usage history, etc., so you may need to have the restrictions lifted.
