Hi,
Can i ask couple of questions: 1- was this working fine previously? 2- Mentioning that you are trying to call UK, France, Norway and Ireland. are you dialing Amazon connect line or you are dialing from Amazon Connect ? 3- Are you dialing Landlines or Toll free lines?

Thanks for your answer, Ramy. This probably happened before, but since last Thursday we noticed this has been happening with many outbound calls. No issues with inbound calls. We use CCP to call our customers from the same UK number that I purchased in Amazon Connect. We're dialing landlines and mobile numbers. I think that is very weird that the calls lasts 2 seconds, it doesn't ring, no error message and then the logs says "customer disconnect".
