Route 53 Application recovery controller and Resolver

Hi All,

I am doing hybrid cloud solution, so for public network , i am Using Route 53 as the smart DNS solution. Whilst Application Load balancer, using NGINX+ onprem and AWS vPC.

Can Route 53 Application recovery controller do health probe to NGINX reside in on-prem and AWS, so it can do the real time detect both unit LB and doing load balancing?

Can Route 53 resolver will near to zero time/shorter time release the information in its cache when disaster recovery happen?

Do i need to get NS1?
