Workmail autodiscovery with iOS 15

I have setup workmail and autodiscovery seems to work with Android and Outlook on MacOS, however setting this up with iOS 15.2.1 (iPhone 13) seems problematic. I keep getting prompted to provide all the server details. I am using an externally managed domain.

on the domains page under Workmail, all my verifications are successful (phase 2 and phase 3).

Also tried https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and it works successfully until it reaches FolderSync and fails because of HTTP 449, but the important thing is that it seems to have discovered the server details just fine.

Not sure what else to check here. has anyone had success?

The setup documentation mentions for iOS it should work with your complementary awsapps.com domain or for your domain when you've completed the steps to make autodiscover phase 2 work. The reason is iOS devices do not support phase 3 of the autodiscover process. Hope this helps.

    That is true, but as I mentioned all my checks are green (both phase2 and phase3), and neither the awsapps.com nor my domain can do autodiscovery on iOS. it always prompts me for all the details.
