I just started to use Bedrock Studio, I crated my first blank project and I was try to add a component (which should have been a knowledge base) but when I was about to save it I got this error too: Unknown error (Original Error: No value provided for input HTTP label: environmentIdentifier.). I am no longer able to open the component or to delete the project due to this error Enter image description here

The "Unknown error (Original Error: No value provided for input HTTP label: environmentIdentifier.)" error in Bedrock Studio typically occurs due to issues with the environment configuration or authentication.

To resolve this, you should check the environment configuration, refresh or reset the AWS credentials, clear the browser cache, and ensure that the AWS credentials have the necessary permissions.

  • Thank your for your answer! Since then I created a new project with another knowledge base with other embedding model (first time I used Cohere English model, now I tried with Titan Embeddings G1 - Tex) and this was created with the same documents without any problems. Although I'm still unable to delete the first project or to view/delete the knowledge base component.
