Snowball use-case as a backend server

Dear community members, I am trying to evaluate Snowball as small backend server for demonstration of our functionalities in remote locations. It could be simple option for me instead of having Data Center due to temporary usage. I have below questions with respect to it,

  1. Can I get the Snowball delivered in East African countries from South Africa region. For example, I need it in Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe where there is no Azure region.
  2. Can I run a VMs for my local application specific workload on Snowball ? For example, I want to run AWS RDS, EKS, Application Load Balancer, etc...
  3. For how long I can keep Snowball with me. I can see 3 year plan available but is it possible to even extend further if required.
  4. Does it support All region specific services to run Container based backed application?

Regarding shipping, AWS does not currently support shipping of devices between countries, with exceptions in the EU (see link).

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/snowball/latest/developer-guide/shipping.html

Regarding device capabilities, AWS Snowball Edge does support VMs (using Amazon EC2), AWS Lambda, and Amazon EKS.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/snowball/latest/developer-guide/using-device.html

When ordering the Snow Family device, we have the option to enable auto-renew on the three year plan you have mentioned.
