IAM Identity Center - assign permissions to all accounts

Is there a way to assign a group and permissions set to all accounts under the root account, or even a particular OU? I think I see on here a year ago a that a similar question was asked and it was not possible, just figured I'd ask again in case that changed, or if something is in the works. I'm trying to apply a group to have S3admin access across all our accounts without having to individually select each account in each OU.
