I am assuming you have no access whatsoever to the console. Do you have access to CLI. Either using Keys or from the EC2 instances that you have access to.
- If so you can use such an access to create/modify a user so you may be able to login into the console.
- Then login to the console with the above user and proceed to investigate from there.
Otherwise talk to AWS Support and explain your situation.
