Does the metric QueryResponseLatency of the RDS proxy include DatabaseConnectionsBorrowLatency and QueryDatabaseResponseLatency?

Yes they are part of same dimension sets. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/rds-proxy.monitoring.html

I drew these metrics in Grafana with the Dimension ProxyName and found that the QueryResponseLatency (100ms - 200ms) is much less than DatabaseConnectionsBorrowLatency (1s - 2s). So I'm not sure the QueryResponseLatency includes the DatabaseConnectionsBorrowLatency.
