Our Domain can't send or receive from gmail and outlook

HI, I have an issue we have been facing with delivering emails to Gmail recipients. Despite taking the necessary steps such as adding DKIM to our identities and verifying them, we are still encountering failure delivery messages, as shown in the attached screenshot.

This issue has been causing disruptions in our communication with clients, and we are eager to find a resolution as soon as possible. We highly value your expertise and would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter.

  • Screenshot missing, also are you able to resolve the DKIM records or MX with dig ?

  • It would be helpful if you provide the email from address and perhaps a sample email source.
