Is codebuild down in us-west-2?

Question

I see two errors in my builds during the provisioning step:
```
Internal Service Error: CodeBuild is experiencing issues
```
and
```
BUILD_CONTAINER_UNABLE_TO_PULL_IMAGE: Unable to pull customer's container image. CannotPullContainerError: Error response from daemon: manifest for 964771811575.dkr.ecr.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/codefactory-us-west-2-prod-default-amazonlinux2-aarch64-standard:3.0-1.0.330.0 not found: manifest unknown: Requested image not found
```

It looks like the issue is gone. No changes required... It seems like an issue on Amazon's side.

I checked the following page, but it doesn't seem like there is any particular problem.

If there is a problem with CodeBuild, you will be notified by AWS at the URL below, so please check it.

By the way, it seems that the error "not found: manifest unknown: Requested image not found" is occurring. Have you selected the correct container image?
