Phone Number OTP Verification Failure

Hello,

I have been trying to enter the phone number and proceed to share OTP via TEXT or CALL, the automated verification system creates this error every time: "Sorry, there was an error processing your request. Please try again and if the error persists, contact AWS Customer Support."

The screen doesn't proceed to the next stage where the OTP has to be entered. See the error in attachment.

I have tried creating the OTP for more than 30 times now, but to no avail.

Kindly provide help as soon as possible.

Browser cache or cookies can sometimes cause issues with web services. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt the OTP verification process again.
