Not able to make payment

I have outstanding payment which is less than Rs 1. And the bank is rejecting it because it is less than Rs 1. I am unable to change the amount, can’t find out how to make advance also. I am getting reminders to make the payment. How do I make this payment ?

If it's less than 1 rupee and not able to make payment. then : (1) for the first time creation payment then its possible bcz its either 2 $ or 2 ₹ or (2) just raise a ticket to AWS for account payment they will help regarding payment issues if you using free tier (3) for not free tier wait for more charge so you can make payment. (4) try to use another payment method such as credit, debit, or net banking which maybe work.
