Emails in WorkMail will not delete

Hello All, New to the community here. I've got a strange one here. I have a email message that has duplicated itself countless times and will not delete from AWS WorkMail. No matter how many I select, delete and empty the folder...they keep coming back.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with deleting email. With what client did you try to delete the mails? Have you tried to delete the mails from another client?
