Sagemaker Studio has crashed and hasn't started back. What can I do to get it back and also not get charged for the EC2 instance during the crashed state?

I was loading a 12 GB model from inside a ML.M5.2xlarge machine using Sagemaker Studio. The memory, as shown in the UI at the bottom, was almost full. A little later, I was notified that the kernel has crashed. It hasn't opened ever since. When I refresh the tab, it shows me . What can I do to get it back? And, what can I do to not get charged for the EC2 machine while the Studio is in such state?
