Compute savings plan / reserved instance support for DocumentDB?

Question

I can't find information on if compute savings plans will apply to DocumentDB usage.

DocumentDB appears to use RDS instance types e.g. db.r6g.16xlarge but it's clear DocumentDB does not support reserved instances (RIs).

Do compute savings plans apply to DocumentDB?

Currently Savings Plans doesn't apply to DocumentDB, nor does Reserved Instances.

DocumentDB is not supported service under savings and reserved models.
