Port 25 restriction removal (AWS Lightsail)

0

I have now sent four requests for port 25 restriction removal from a Lightsail instance over the past 3 weeks, following the knowledgebase article here: [https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/lightsail-port-25-throttle] and I have received zero information on if any request was granted, rejected, or even seen by a human being. I have made request both from my IAM account and the root user account from our organization. Is there any way to verify if more information is needed or if there is another route to make a request?

You should have received a notification with a Request ID to your e-mail account (the root email account associated with the AWS account in which the Lightsail instance is located). If you did not receive that, then please ensure that you can receive email sent to the root account e-mail address.

Then, if you do have the Request ID e-mail, you can reply directly to that if you have not received an update to the request to have the TCP:25 restrictions removed.
