Rogue registered owners in certificate manager

See Screenshot We use email validation for renewing our Certificates in the Certificate Manager. One of the certificates has a rogue registered owner. We do not have the ability to remove the same.. Need urgent help.

These email addresses usually originate from your registered domain registrar account. Please log in to your domain registrar (if it is not Amazon Route 53 Domain Registrations) and verify or update the email addresses for validation.

Alternatively, you can look up your domain information at ICANN Lookup - https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup
