Workdocs Migration from S3 - Subscription Email Never Arrives for Workdocs Migration

When selecting "Migrations" under "Apps", when logged in as a WorkDocs Admin.

I get the message on the screen "Checking if you are subscribed to receive...." from here I get the message below

Subscribe to email notification Subscribe to the email notification to receive migration status updates. Click on Subscribe to send subscription email to your inbox. Then, confirm the subscription via email and click on Continue.

But the email never arrives and the page never progresses to the next point, so I have 800GB of files in an S3 bucket that I want to bring into Workdocs...

I didn't think this was so difficult? am I missing something here? from reading the admin docs, this approval email starts the whole process and I can't progress without it. I have checked the Forms and can't seem to find an answer to this issue.

The Admin guide for the Workdocs migration, Step 3. Scheduling a migration - stats that this email approval step needs to be completed to proceed.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hello! Please note that it's possible that the email was moved to a Spam or Junk mailbox within your email account. You are correct, the email kicks off the migration procedure. Until this subscription is approved, the process won't proceed. As this investigation would require access to your AWS account, please proceed to create a Support case so that we are able to see if the email was sent to your inbox.
