Unsubscribe option is not showing under Manage Subscription menu in AWS Managment Console for a purchased SaaS subscription

Hi, I have accidentally created a contract for a SaaS offer in AWS Marketplace. The seller of the offer has also received a subscribe-success notification. Now I want to cancel the subscription. But Cancel Subscription option is not showing.
Please help!

I have already tried this method but in the Manage Subscription page, when I select the subscription, I did not see any Cancel Subscription option. I have already provided the screenshot in question for this.
Can you access the marketplace from this page and sign in with your AWS account to cancel?
