Sagemaker studio unresponsive

Hi!

My Sagemaker studio account has been highly unresponsive since yesterday evening. I use Studio on Safari. The Launcher tab isn't working, and I am unable to launch a new terminal.

I have tried the following:

  1. Restarted my system, cleared cache and logged into AWS account afresh.
  2. Logged into AWS account on another browser.

Neither of these approaches helped.

Have you tried restarting SageMaker Studio Kernel? Also try to look into CloudWatch logs associated with your SageMaker Studio instance to check for any errors or issues .
