AWS 3CX (Invalid computer name)

Hi everyone

I'm having trouble setting up my 3cx free license and connecting it with my AWS ec2. For some reason, it is telling me that my computer name is invalid, which is why my installation of the 3cx Server on AWS isn't working. I have created all the necessary things: User with the matching rights, the Key pair, I checked the region as well.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello,

I understand that you are having difficulty setting up your 3CX. Full setup guide for 3CX. [1]
 
Please ensure that:
 
-User of the keypair has programmatic access
-Attach “AmazonEC2FullAccess” and ‘ServiceQuotasFullAccess“ permissions to the user
-If using SSH, please enable the SSH inbound rule under Security Groups of the specific instance
 
After ensured all the steps, please reach out to 3CX and verify the necessary details and work with the 3CX team for the solution.
