"Unathorised" Error everytime I login with Root user

Hello, I made this AWS account about 2 years ago. But ever since I've started using it again this year, everytime I login I get this error:
Everytime I click "sign in again", it just loads the AWS Management Console with no issue. I've created an IAM Admin user and the same issue occurs.

Can you try a different browser or incognito? Also, can you post the link you are using?

I've tried incognito and clearing web browser data and no change. I just tried in the "Brave" web browser and it seemed to work. I was originally using Chrome
Actually, I don't think its browser issue. The only reason I thought it worked on "Brave" was because once I click "sign in again" it fixes this issue temporarily. But after a while it comes back. It seems to be an account issue.
