I've tried incognito and clearing web browser data and no change. I just tried in the "Brave" web browser and it seemed to work. I was originally using Chrome
Actually, I don't think its browser issue. The only reason I thought it worked on "Brave" was because once I click "sign in again" it fixes this issue temporarily. But after a while it comes back. It seems to be an account issue.
