QuickSight - "Error when authenticating"

I am New to the company and my role requires access to QuickSite and have yet to gain access.

When trying to log-in I am met with a message that reads "Error when authenticating" accompanied by a request ID.

Unsure of who to contact to avoid this blocker. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Are your IAM users and others already invited to QuickSight?

    Thank you very much for your response,

    Unfortunately, I am unsure of what is means.

    I am an external HR Apprentice and need QuickSight to perform my daily tasks.

    This program holds vital information needed for me to be able to do my job to the best of my ability.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
