Route 53: Regenerate Authcode for DE Domains, AWS->Other Registry

0

I tried to transfer multiple Domains from AWS to another Registry. But for one .DE-Domain, this isn't working.

I got an Authcode which contains the character "^" - but this character isn't allowed for de Authcodes! (https://www.denic.de/en/domains/de-domains/provider-transfer/how-to-generate-and-store-an-authinfo)

Is there a way i can regenerate the Authcode?

Hello.

It's mentioned in the documentation below, but I think you'll need to contact AWS Support.
If you have any domain-related issues, you can contact AWS Support for free.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/domain-transfer-from-route-53.html

If the new registrar reports that the transfer failed because the authorization code that you got from Route 53 isn't valid, open a case with AWS Support. (You don't need a support contract, and there's no fee.) For more information, see Contacting AWS Support about domain registration issues.
