NLB+ALB Automation for getting static ip.

Question

Hi,

I have deployed my wordpres web application in EKS pods, i can get ALB and route 53 domain using ingress.yaml in automated way,
how can i create NLB pointing ALB in automated way, with out creating manually from aws console?

do i need lambda function or cloud formation to create NLB and point to existing ALB?

Tried to find nginx nlb, but there was no clear explanation with that.
