Lex Automated Designer - Internal Error

I am attempting to create a bot using transcripts (automated chatbot designer). The transcripts are stored in an S3 bucket and are appropriately formatted in json. Using a smaller subset of this data, I was able to create a bot without errors. However, no intents were detected with the smaller set. I then switched to the full dataset, which contains around 38,575 individual messages and around 19,000 conversations. When creating the bot with this full dataset, I received the following error: There was an internal error while processing bot recommendation request.
