Bedrock agent "Internal Server Exception"

Hello,

I'm getting an "Internal Server Exception" when I try to ask a question to my agents both via Bedrock console and via API

Note: If I ask the same question via the Knowledge Base, I get an answer.

We didn't change any settings and the agents have been working for months. Any idea on how to solve this issue?

If the issue persists and you cannot identify the cause, open a support ticket with AWS. Provide them with the error details, including timestamps, request IDs, and any relevant logs.
